Custom engineered Carbon Fiber Composite (CFC) or Carbon Reinforced Carbon Composite fixtures
What is CFC?
CFC is composed of carbon or graphite fiber reinforcements in carbon or graphite matrices.
Why use CFC?
CFC maintains high strength and low coefficient temperatures above 2000°C (3600°F), and exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance. CFC has superior toughness, in spite of its light weight, with excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

CFC advanteages:
- energy saving efficiencies with reduced process times
- productivity improvements and decreased manufacturing cost when used in heat-treatment processes such as carburizing, sintering and brazing in vacuum or inert gas.
